Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The ProTeam ProGen 12 wheel assembly with shaft (Part #836630) is a replacement rolling component for the ProTeam ProGen 12 upright vacuum. The wheel and its shaft carry the machine across carpet and hard floors and keep it tracking straight as you clean.

Worn or broken wheels make the vacuum hard to push, cause wobble, and can scratch delicate flooring as the machine is forced along. Replacing the assembly when you notice sticking, play, or visible damage returns smooth, effortless maneuverability.
