Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 105046 is the back plate for ProTeam backpack vacuums, the structural panel at the back of the machine and the surface resting against the operator's back through a full shift. It fits the AviationVac, QuietPro BP, LineVacer HEPA and ULPA, Super QuarterVac, QuarterVac, MegaVac, Everest, CoachVac, Super CoachVac HEPA, and Super CoachVac.

The plate takes years of being set down hard on concrete and knocked against doorframes while worn, and it can crack or warp long before anything mechanical inside the machine gives trouble. A damaged plate changes how the whole unit carries, and a machine that has become uncomfortable to wear ends up parked in a closet no matter how strong its motor still is.

Backpack vacuums earn their place because someone can carry one for hours, so the condition of the surface riding against the wearer matters as much as anything in the airflow path. When a unit that used to ride comfortably starts digging in, shifting, or creaking as the operator moves, the back plate is the first place worth looking, and it is a far cheaper fix than retiring the machine around it.
