Part 100694 is the 1.5 inch short swivel cuff that connects the hose to the wand or tool on ProTeam's commercial line, one of the most broadly used connector parts across the brand. It lets the hose rotate freely as the operator works instead of twisting back against itself with every turn.

Replace it when the cuff has cracked at the swivel joint or when it no longer rotates smoothly and instead drags or binds as the hose turns. Either fault restricts airflow right at the connection, which costs suction exactly where the operator needs it, at the floor tool.
