Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine ProTeam twist cap (Part #104273) is the lid for the ProVac PV-100 backpack and fits the Aviation Vac and QuietPro BP, and it also fits the GoVac BP, QuarterVac, and GoCartVac. The cap twists on to close the top of the unit and seal the airway.

A cracked or warped cap no longer draws down tight, so dust leaks from the seam and suction falls off. A poor seal also lets fine debris escape into the air. A fresh genuine cap restores a firm closure and keeps the airway sealed.
