The tail motor shroud cover (part #105044, with screws) is a genuine OEM housing for ProTeam backpack vacuums. It caps the tail end of the motor, shielding the motor internals and directing exhaust air on its way out.
A shroud that cracks or breaks its mounts exposes the motor and can disrupt exhaust flow and add noise. A sound replacement cover, with its screws, reseats the motor housing correctly and keeps the tail sealed.
