Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These slip-on carpet bonnets fit the Pullman-Holt Gloss Boss floor machine and come two to a pack. Slipped over the machine's pad holder, each bonnet turns the Gloss Boss into a carpet cleaning and buffing tool, working cleaning solution into the pile and absorbing loosened soil. They are a quick way to shift the machine from hard floors to carpet.

A bonnet that is saturated with soil or worn through stops absorbing and can push dirt around rather than lifting it. Rotating in a fresh bonnet restores effective pickup and buffing. Since the pack includes two, one can dry or launder while the other is in use.
