Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Flojet Pump is a 115-volt, 2-cam diaphragm pump rated at 60 PSI, built here with EPDM check valves. It pressurizes and delivers solution in cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors that depend on consistent flow to the spray nozzles.

When a pump weakens, cycles unevenly, or stops priming, the machine can no longer push solution where it is needed. Aged diaphragms and worn check valves are the usual reasons. A correct 60 PSI replacement returns dependable pressure so the equipment sprays and cleans as designed.
