We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This quick connect nipple is the small fitting that makes the hose connection on Oreck XLS465, XLS465Q, XLS700, and XLS700Q steam cleaners. It is a wear item rather than a permanent one, since every connect and disconnect works the seal a little further.

The fitting relies on that seal to make a clean connection each time the hose goes on and comes off. Once the seal wears or the nipple itself cracks, water drips right at the joint instead of passing through, which wastes water, leaves the area around the machine wet, and starves the steam head of the supply it needs to run properly.
