Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Lamb Quiet Series motor (Part #119652-29) is a 5.7-inch, 24-volt, single-stage unit with Acustek discharge that lowers operating noise, running on sealed double ball bearings. It delivers 35.3 inches of sealed vacuum, 89 maximum air watts, and 83.7 CFM at up to 19,734 RPM, drawing as much as 17 amps.

When a motor loses suction, runs louder than usual, or shuts off intermittently, worn brushes or bearings are the common cause. A matched Quiet Series replacement restores both the airflow and the quieter operation the design is known for.
