We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The AquaMate carpet shampooer draws its water through a hose and a long adapter, and this small washer, part R2080B, is what seals that joint. It is for the AquaMate systems run with the Rainbow D3, D4 and D4SE.
You notice a bad one on the floor rather than in the machine. The washer flattens, hardens or splits, and then water weeps out at the adapter while you clean — a damp trail behind the head, a shampoo pass that goes thin halfway across a room, and a tank that empties faster than the area covered should account for.
It seats by hand with no tools involved. Given how little it costs against the nuisance it causes, it is worth fitting a fresh one any time you break that connection apart for cleaning or storage rather than reusing a washer that has already taken a set.
