Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. An 8.25-inch replacement brush roll for the ReadiVac Eaze, part RS1000-P001, fitting both the RS1000 and the RS1030.

On a stick vacuum this light, the brush roll does most of the actual work. There is not enough suction alone to pull embedded grit out of carpet, so the bristles have to flick it loose. When they wear down, the machine stops picking up on carpet while still doing fine on hard floor, and that split is the clearest sign it is the roller rather than the motor.

Hair is the other enemy. Wound tightly around the ends, it works into the bearing seats and puts a drag on the roller that a small motor cannot overcome. Cut hair away with scissors rather than pulling at it, and if the roller already turns stiffly by hand, change the belt at the same time.
