Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 4.5 inch rear axle shaft (Part #102080A, replaces #102080 and #102080S) is a replacement wheel shaft sold two to a pack for Kirby uprights. It provides the axle the rear wheels turn on as you move the machine.

A bent or worn axle causes wobbly wheels and difficult steering, and a shaft that no longer spins freely drags on every pass. Left unaddressed, the added friction wears the wheels unevenly. A straight replacement shaft returns the wheels to smooth, true rotation.

  • Fits: 1HC, 1HD Heritage, 2HD Heritage II, 3CB Tradition, Legend, Legend II
  • Quantity: 2 shafts per pack, 4.5 inches long
  • Benefit: smooth, wobble-free wheel rotation
