Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Kenmore fit runs across the 116 series, including 116.21813000 and 11621813001, the 11622613200 through 11622613209 run, 11623312300 through 11623312305, 11622512200 through 11622512205, 11621513000 through 11621513002, 11621612001 and 11621612002, 11626312600 through 11626312603, 11620712000 and 11620712003, 11623512302 and 11623512303, plus 11622450200C and 11620700001C. On the Panasonic side it fits MC-CG902-00, MC-CG973-00, MC-CG983-00, MC-CG985-00 and MC-V9658-00.

You can usually feel a bad wheel before you see it. The canister drags harder across carpet, or a hard floor picks up faint scuff marks where a wheel that no longer turns freely slides instead of rolling. Wobble at the axle shows up first, sometimes weeks before the wheel cracks or seizes, so a canister that has started tracking unevenly is worth a look at the wheels before anything else. Dust and hair wound tightly around the axle produces very similar drag, so check there too before concluding the wheel itself has failed.
