Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Red Out Spot and Stain Remover is a professional dye-solvent formula built to lift stubborn color stains from carpet and upholstery. It targets dye and ink residues, wine spots, colored medicines, and other pigment-based marks that ordinary cleaners leave behind.

Color stains are among the hardest to remove because the pigment bonds to the fibers, and bleaches can strip the fabric's own color along with the stain. This ready-to-use reagent works on those residues without bleaching, often yielding results with patient, repeated treatment.
