Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 305200 replaces the relay inside Beam central vacuum power units, and the same relay is also sold for use in Electrolux central vacuum systems. Functionally, it is the switch that energizes the motor the instant any wall inlet valve opens somewhere in the house.

A central vacuum that will not start at any inlet is the classic relay failure. Because the relay sits between the low-voltage wiring and the motor circuit, a failed relay can look identical to a dead power unit from the wall inlet's point of view, which is why it is one of the first parts a technician checks on a completely dead system rather than assuming the motor itself has failed.
