We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The remote is how most people actually use the Heat Smart Liberty, setting the temperature from the chair rather than crossing the room. This is the replacement handset, part LTP322.

Before replacing one, rule out the obvious. Fit fresh batteries, check the contacts inside the battery bay for corrosion, and make sure nothing is sitting in front of the heater's receiver. Handsets that have taken a fall often work intermittently rather than dying outright, and a button that needs pressing twice is a symptom of the same thing.

If the remote is cracked, has been lost, or still fails on new batteries, this is the matched replacement for the Liberty. Order it against your own heater rather than a similar-looking one from elsewhere in the range, and keep the old handset until the new one is confirmed working.
