Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Restore reliable power to your Rainbow cleaning system with this genuine Rexair power cord built for the D4C and SE series machines. As the main supply cord, it carries household current to the motor unit, and a worn, frayed, or intermittent cord is one of the most common reasons a Rainbow loses suction or won't switch on.

This is the original Rexair part (Part #R4052), not a generic substitute, so the gauge, plug, and connector match the factory specification for a direct, no-modification fit. Replacing a damaged cord also removes a real electrical and fire hazard from a unit you run regularly.
