Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Rexair's genuine OEM Rainbow E-2 two-speed brushless motor (Part #R11726) is the main suction motor for the Rainbow E2 water-filtration canister. It spins the fan that pulls air and dirt down into the water basin, and the brushless two-speed build is made for years of steady use.

Grinding noise, a burning odor, or a clear drop in suction are the usual signs that the main motor is on its way out. Running a failing motor risks an overheating shutdown partway through a job. A replacement brushless motor returns the E-2 to strong, consistent suction.
