We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The rear carriage is the molded section at the back of the Rainbow D4-SE that carries the machine's rear wheels. Part R6057 supplies it complete, with the wheels already fitted.
It is the part that takes the punishment when a canister is towed up a step, pulled over a threshold or set down hard on its back end. The plastic cracks around a wheel mount, the wheel then sits at an angle or falls out altogether, and the machine drops onto its shell and starts scraping along the floor. On carpet you may not notice for weeks; on hardwood you notice immediately.
Because the wheels come already mounted, it goes on as one piece and the machine rolls level again. It is listed for the Rexair Rainbow D4-SE, and also for the Rainbow E.
