Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Rexair HEPA neutralizer filter (Part #R12179) for the 2-Speed Rainbow E2 cleaning system. It features the oval-hole connection that mates to the body of the 2-speed E2 machine, so it fits correctly where round-connection filters will not. The HEPA media captures fine dust, pollen and allergen particles, while the neutralizer element helps freshen and treat the exhaust air leaving the vacuum.
