We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM electric hose (Part #R14459C) is an 8-foot factory-original replacement with molded ends for Rexair Rainbow E Series vacuums. It connects with your current handle kit and fits all E2 Type 12 models, the E-2 Rainbow, and the optional PN-12 or PN-2E power nozzles. The hose carries both airflow and electrical current to power your attachments.
Cracks or damage to an electric hose mean lost suction and can interrupt power to the brush roll, so a compromised hose needs prompt replacement. A fresh molded-end hose restores both a sealed airflow path and reliable power delivery.
