We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM bottom plate (Part #R13363, R12660) is the snap-together sole plate for the Rainbow E and E2 power nozzle, fitting one-speed and early two-speed machines with the PN-2E Silver and PN-2E Gold nozzles. It fits serial numbers 7617932 through 7645115 and units built after serial 7763129. The plate forms the underside of the nozzle around the brush roll.
A bottom plate that is cracked or worn can scratch floors and disrupt the airflow across the brush, which reduces cleaning effectiveness. A fresh plate restores a smooth underside and proper nozzle sealing.
