We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Rainbow power nozzle receptacle (Part #R7193) fits the E and E2 series canister and mounts in the original E-2 (eSERIES) face plate assembly. It is the socket that carries power to the PN-2E and Gold version electric hose assembly.

A receptacle with worn, loose, or burned contacts delivers intermittent power to the nozzle, so the brush roll cuts in and out or stops. Damaged contacts can also arc at the connection. Fitting the correct receptacle restores a reliable electrical connection to the power nozzle.
