Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM 2.5-quart water pan basin (part #R10236) fits Rainbow E and E2 series vacuums and updates the earlier 2-quart version. The pan is the heart of the Rainbow filtration system, trapping dirt and debris in water as you clean.

A cracked or damaged water pan leaks and compromises the water filtration the machine depends on. A sound replacement basin restores a proper water seal so dirt stays captured and the vacuum filters as intended.
