We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM water pan neck gasket (part #R10534) seals between the water pan and the canister body on Rainbow E2 and E series vacuums. The seal keeps air moving through the water filtration system as designed.
A worn neck gasket lets air bypass the water pan, which undercuts the water filtration and reduces cleaning effectiveness. A fresh gasket restores a proper seal so all the air passes through the filtration stage.
