Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Black exhaust filter for Riccar 4000 Series uprights, stocked as B222-0300 in the Rev B version of the part. It sits in the exhaust path, so it is the last media the airflow meets on its way back out of the machine.

An exhaust filter that has gone gray and stiff restricts airflow, and a restricted machine works its motor harder for less pickup at the floor. Changing it on a schedule is cheaper than the alternative. For the same platform, the electrostatic post filter covering Riccar and Simplicity 4000 and 6000 series machines is B222-0000, and the filter support screen is B222-0600.
