Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

B622-0300 is a charcoal-media secondary filter cut specifically for the tools-equipped body of the Riccar 8000 Series and Simplicity 7000 Series uprights; both brands list it that way, and this part number is the one catalogued for the tools-equipped version of those uprights rather than for any other body.

As a secondary filter, this one's charcoal content adsorbs the odor compounds a plain dust filter would pass along with the fine particles, which is the reason pet and smoke smells fade rather than returning through the exhaust once the filter is fresh.
