    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    LED reflector from the compact power nozzle used on the Riccar RPB-55, RPB-60 and Simplicity SPB-55, SPB-60, part B354-0300B. Behind the headlight LED sits this molded piece, angled to throw the light forward across the floor instead of straight down onto the nozzle housing.

    There are two typical reasons this reflector needs swapping out. Heat exposure over time turns the plastic yellow and hazy, which dulls and softens the beam, or a mounting tab breaks off and knocks the LED out of alignment so the light lands somewhere other than the floor just ahead of the nozzle. Either failure calls for a new reflector, not a new bulb.
