We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. D113-6800 is a 10 amp straight-shaft motor assembly covering the Riccar Vibrance line and the Simplicity Symmetry line, as well as the earlier Riccar 4000 Series and Simplicity 6000 Series machines that share the same motor.

Because this motor uses a straight shaft, it cannot stand in for a pulley-shaft motor, so check the shaft style on the unit coming out before you order, since the two styles do not interchange.
