Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is a replacement rocker arm for the power switch on Lux LE, 2100 and Hi-Tech vacuum models, part 62204. The rocker arm is the piece the switch pivots on, the part your thumb presses when you turn the vacuum on or off.

Once the arm cracks or wears at its pivot, the switch can feel loose, stick partway, or fail to snap back cleanly after you press it. Replacing the rocker arm restores the crisp, positive action the switch is supposed to have.

Disconnect the plug before opening up the switch housing. Line up the replacement piece over its pivot point, check that it rocks freely with no binding in either direction, and press it several times by hand to confirm clean, even travel before putting the vacuum back into regular use. A part that binds or drags at this stage usually means it is not fully seated yet.
