Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Royal carbon brush and shunt assembly is a replacement motor wear-part for Royal vacuum cleaners (SKU: 1672021000). The assembly combines the carbon brush, which rides on the motor commutator to transfer electrical current, with its attached shunt wire that carries that current to the brush, all as a single ready-to-install unit.

Worn carbon brushes are a leading cause of weak suction, hard starting, motor sparking, and intermittent operation. Because this part includes the integrated shunt lead, it replaces both the wearable carbon and its electrical connection in one step for a clean, reliable repair.
