For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement upper cord hook (Part #1259319000) mounts on the upper body of Royal and Dirt Devil metal upright vacuums and gives you the top anchor for wrapping the power cord. It fits a broad range of Royal models along with the Dirt Devil 089000.

Once the upper hook snaps off, the cord no longer stays wound and drags on the floor, where it gets tangled in the brush roll or run over by the wheels. A fresh hook restores neat cord storage and keeps the cable clear of moving parts.
