This replacement belt fits Royal and Dirt Devil uprights that use the Style 4 or Style 5 belt. It drives the brush roll from the motor pulley, supplying the tension needed to keep the agitator spinning so it can beat and sweep embedded dirt, dust, and pet hair out of carpet fibers.
