Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Molded in black pliable rubber, this genuine OEM Royal nozzle plug cover fits metal upright models and redirects airflow between the floor nozzle and the hose attachment. Fitting or removing it switches the vacuum between floor cleaning and above-floor hose use.

A missing or damaged plug cover leaves an open path that bleeds suction, so the hose attachment pulls weakly and floor cleaning suffers. Because the cover seals the switch point, a torn one undermines both modes. The correct replacement restores proper airflow routing.
