Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Stocked as part FB181, this flat belt is built to Royal's Style 12 pattern for uprights that call for that belt size.

The belt seats over the motor pulley and the brushroll shaft, and it's the tension it holds there that keeps the brush spinning fast enough to work grit and pet hair loose from the carpet pile rather than just pushing suction over the top of it. A snug, correctly tensioned belt is what separates a vacuum that grooms carpet from one that just glides across it.
