Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Cut to Royal's Style 15 pattern, this flat belt is stocked as part ROR-1015 for uprights built around that belt size.

It wraps the motor pulley and the brushroll shaft, holding the tension that keeps the brush turning at full speed to work dirt and pet hair free of carpet fibers instead of just pushing suction across the top of the pile.

These belts tend to fail by stretching and glazing rather than breaking outright, so a brushroll that has slowed down, drags, or stopped turning while the vacuum otherwise sounds normal is the usual sign it's due. Compare your old belt's length and width against this one before ordering if the style number isn't marked on your machine, and keep the brush window clear of wound hair while you're in there, since a packed roll can also masquerade as a bad belt.
