Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM rear wheel fork replaces the wheel mount on Royal uprights, including models 1020, 1028Z, and 1058Z. The fork holds the rear wheel and axle so the machine rolls level and steers cleanly.

A cracked or worn fork lets the wheel wobble or bind, which makes the vacuum harder to push and can scratch floors. Fitting a fresh fork restores smooth, effortless movement so you can focus on cleaning rather than steering the machine.
