We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The rug rake carpet tool is a 15-inch-wide commercial attachment for 1-1/2-inch wands and hoses. The raking face combs through carpet and rug pile as you pass, loosening embedded grit and lifting matted fibers so the airflow can carry the debris away.

A rake with a cracked body or worn teeth drags unevenly and loses contact with the pile, so it grooms and lifts less on each stroke. A sound tool restores full-width raking action and smooth movement across large commercial carpet areas.
