Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement rug and floor combo tool (part #32-1429-61) uses a plastic bottom plate and fits 1-1/4 inch vacuum connections, which suits most household canister and central vacuum systems. A switching mechanism moves it between carpet and bare-floor modes.
