This Simplicity S20EZM Belt is a genuine OEM replacement belt sold two to a pack for the Simplicity S20EZM. The belt links the motor to the brushroll, spinning the agitator that lifts dirt and pet hair out of carpet.
Belts stretch, glaze, and eventually snap with use, and a worn one slips so the brushroll turns slowly or stops, leaving carpet under-cleaned and lines of debris behind. A stretched belt can also slap or burn with a rubber smell.
