Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Commercial uprights get carried far more than domestic ones, up stairs, in and out of vans, between floors, and the carry handle takes all of it. This is the gray carry handle for the Sanitaire SC9180, ordered as part 158541.

The failure is usually a split at one of the moulded mounting points rather than at the grip itself. It starts as a creak under load, then the handle flexes, then one day it lets go with the machine at knee height. A handle that has started to flex is one drop away from a much bigger repair.

Besides the SC9180, SC9180A, SC9180B and SC9180D, it fits the SC9150 series, the EP9110 and EP9110A, the C4910 and C4910A, and the CV1004B, CV107G and S9120A.
