Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The top cover latch (Part #77281A308N) is an OEM replacement that secures the top cover on Sanitaire SC9180 commercial uprights and related Eureka and Electrolux-Eureka machines. The latch holds the cover closed so the machine keeps a sealed airflow path.

A broken or worn latch lets the cover pop open during use, which bleeds off suction and lets dust escape at the seam. Replacing the latch closes the cover securely again and returns full suction to the cleaning path.

  • Function: Secures the top cover for a sealed airflow path
