Returns & Exchanges

The SBB 400-3 Parquet Twister XL, SKU 7101160, is Miele's wider hard-floor brush head, and the width is the point: it is listed at a 16-inch cleaning path, or 41 cm, so a large room takes fewer passes than it would with a standard-width floor brush. The bristles are soft and natural, which is what lets a head this size work over finished wood, tile and laminate without scratching.

Like the smaller Parquet Twister, it is built on a double swivel neck. On a wide head that matters more, not less: the extra joint is what lets a 16-inch tool still turn flat into a corner or under a cabinet toe-kick instead of having to be lifted and set back down.

Because a wide head covers more surface per pass, uneven wear shows up faster than on a narrower tool. One side of the bristle row can flatten before the other if the head is dragged rather than pushed level, and a worn side leaves a streak of missed dust along that edge.
