Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement bottom plate TFN screw (Part #48218) secures the bottom plate on Filter Queen vacuum cleaners. It threads into the housing to keep the plate seated tightly against the base during use.

When the screw strips, corrodes, or goes missing, the bottom plate can loosen and allow air leaks that sap suction, along with rattling as the plate shifts. A properly fastened plate keeps the sealed airflow path intact. This replacement returns a firm, stable hold.
