Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Button-head screws sit low and rounded against the surface they clamp, which is the look and the clearance SEBO wanted on the C series. ISO 7380 is that head standard, and part 199 is the screw in M4 x 12, sold one at a time.

The head profile is the part worth paying attention to. A countersunk screw dropped into a hole meant for a button head will pull itself down into the plastic and split it, while a pan head can stand too proud and catch on a hose or a hand. Matching the standard as well as the thread keeps the panel sitting flush the way it left the factory.

Lose one of these and the panel it holds knocks against the body every time the canister is dragged over a threshold. Strip one and it will not pull down at all, leaving a visible gap running along the seam and a housing that flexes under thumb pressure. Both are quick fixes once the right screw is in hand, and both get worse if the machine keeps being used with the fastening missing.

Because a canister spends its life being dragged, lifted and set down again, the fasteners along its seams take shock loads a machine sitting on a bench never sees. It is worth running a driver over the visible screws once a year and renewing any that no longer feel positive, rather than waiting for one to vanish into a carpet.
