Returns & Exchanges

These power head screws, part 104495, are sized 4.2mm by 19mm and sold in a 3-pack for ProTeam ProForce power heads. They are the fasteners that hold the power head housing closed around the motor and brush roll assembly inside.

A screw in this position is easy to lose track of during a repair and easy to strip if it is driven in at an angle or over-tightened into a plastic boss. Once a screw goes missing or its threads strip out, that corner of the housing sits loose, which lets the housing rattle and flex during use and puts extra strain on the screws still holding. Using the correct size matters more than it looks: a screw that is even slightly too long or too wide for the boss can crack the housing rather than seat cleanly.
