This replacement scuff plate in black protects the front of Kirby Heritage II through Legend uprights. It mounts at the lower nozzle to absorb contact with furniture and walls during cleaning.
Over time the plate cracks or wears through and stops guarding the housing, which can then take marks and damage itself. A fresh plate restores the protective barrier and a tidy appearance. A sound plate also lets the nozzle slide along walls and baseboards without leaving scuffs on either surface.
