SEBO Chassis for SOFTCASE CE12
$44.00
Product details
Everything on a SOFTCASE CE12 is fixed, directly or indirectly, to the chassis. SEBO supplies it as 75133SE: the structural base taking the strain whenever the machine is pushed across a floor, hauled up a staircase or dropped off the last step of one.
Fitting a chassis is rebuild work, not maintenance. It is the job a repairer takes on once a drop has split the base or torn a mounting boss away, leaving a machine that flexes in the hand, rattles under the motor and cannot be cured by tightening screws into plastic that is no longer there. Starting again from a sound base means every assembly around it lands where SEBO intended.
The CE12 parts list shows how much bolts to it. The bearing blocks are positions 143 and 150, the pile adjustment axle 146, the air channel cover 154, the air separator 158 and the axle bracket 171, with the base fixings grouped from 160 upwards. Anything cracked among that group is worth replacing while the machine is apart, since the chassis job already has everything off.
- Part number: 75133SE
- Fits: SEBO SOFTCASE CE12 upright vacuum
- Role: main structural base moulding, carries every other assembly
- Geometry: original SEBO mounting positions, no modification required
- Sold: individually
- Consider at the same time: axle bracket at position 171, air channel cover at 154
The fixings themselves are documented too, which matters on a full rebuild: SEBO lists an AM5x30 screw at position 160, an M4x10 DIN 7985 screw at 161, an AMTEC M4x14 TX20 at 165, an M6 nut with a left-hand thread at 167 and a B 4,3 DIN 9021 washer at 168. That left-hand thread is the one to remember before anything is forced.
Ordered under 75133SE and searched for as a SEBO chassis, a CE12 base moulding or SOFTCASE CE12 body repair parts. Ships in 2-5 business days.
