Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Suction that has quietly fallen away, with a fresh bag already fitted and a clean pre-motor filter already ruled out, points at one remaining place: the outlet. Part 7095ER03 is the exhaust filter for the FELIX Classic, and swapping it is a two-minute job that needs no tools at all.
The element combines microfilter media with a bonded textile layer. The textile does two jobs, reinforcing the pack so the pleats hold their shape under a full airstream, and catching a further share of fine particles on the way past. Because it sits after the motor, it also collects carbon dust shed by the brushes as they wear, and that is usually what turns the face grey well before the pleats are physically blocked. A darkened element is therefore a fair indicator of hours run, not of neglect.

Diagnosis on a FELIX that has lost suction runs in a set order: bag first, then the hose and brush chamber for a blockage, then the pre-motor filter, then this element at the outlet. Working through it in that sequence takes a few minutes and avoids replacing parts that were never the problem in the first place.
Check the pre-motor filter while the machine is open so both stages start their next service interval together, and confirm the outlet cover clips down flush afterwards.
