This motor protection filter (Part #7012ER) safeguards the motor of SEBO Felix and SEBO Dart upright vacuums. Positioned upstream of the motor, it acts as the pre-motor filtration stage, catching fine dust and debris that escape the bag before air reaches the motor windings and bearings, helping extend motor life and protect performance.
This filter is functionally the same as SEBO part 7012AM and is a direct replacement for it. Keeping a clean motor protection filter in place is essential whenever you replace bags or perform routine maintenance, since a dirty or missing pre-motor filter lets grit reach the motor.
